Let’s Start Acting Like It
A Call to Dynamic Faith

Let’s start with the so-called big
bang. I am old enough to remember when atheists claimed that the universe has always
existed – an idea that they borrowed from pagan philosophers. However, even at
that time evidence that the universe was expanding was coming to light. And
because such expansion could not have been going on for an infinitely long
time, by the 1960s they changed their tune and started claiming that the
universe came into existence in an event that has come to be called, “the big
bang”. Is their any evidence for it?
NO! All the evidence indicates is that the universe is expanding.
However, because atheists refuse to acknowledge God’s existence, they reason
like this. “Because we do not believe God created the universe, we must assume
that the universe is billions of years old. And, if it is expanding, there must
have been a time when that expansion began.” That idea is storytelling, not
science!
Now, let’s look at the origin of life.
Although some atheists try to deny it,
That brings us to the claim that all
of the life forms that we see in the world have evolved from one imaginary life
form that just popped into existence. POPPYCOCK! There is no evidence! They just assert that it happened
while trying to silence anyone who disagrees. In fact, one trick that they pull
is to call all variation (such as finches with different size beaks) evolution,
even though those finches are all still finches. That is dishonest! Atheists
cannot claim that dogs and cats etc. just popped into existence, so they assert
that starting with one imaginary cell, all such life forms slowly changed into
their present state by one little change at a time – a superstition that flies
in the face of modern genetics. Of all the life forms represented in the fossil
record, about forty percent of them are not extinct. And, none of those are
substantially different from their modern day counterparts (although some were
larger in the past). That is rock solid evidence that life is not evolving.
I could go on and on. The same rock
layers that contain dinosaur remains also contain the remains of hundreds of
birds and mammals. But, those remains are ignored because they do not fit into
the atheist worldview. In fact, the claim that dinosaurs “evolved” into birds
is ridiculous in light of the fact that many birds, including ducks, are found
buried in the same layers as the dinosaurs. But atheists prefer their delusion
to the truth.
Another fact is that dinosaur soft
tissue, including blood cells, has been found in dinosaur bones. And because
soft tissue breaks down rather quickly, such tissue cannot be millions of years
old!
Carbon 14 also breaks down relatively
fast, and cannot last much more than fifty thousand years, yet it is in
dinosaur soft tissue, proving that dinosaurs did not live millions of years
ago. In Fact, carbon 14 is found in coal and diamonds, proving that they cannot
be millions of years old.
The fact that the moon gets further
from the earth every year, and the earth’s magnetic field is slowly loosing
strength is more evidence that the atheistic claim of long ages is a myth. Likewise,
the claim that radiometric dating proves long ages is also a myth. Those who
use it claim that the age of some rocks can be determined by measuring the time
it takes for certain radioactive materials to decay into various “daughter”
elements. However, in order to get long dates they have to assume that no
“daughter’ elements were present in the beginning. Is there any proof that was the case? NO! In fact, in some cases we
know “daughter” elements were present.
In order to explain how stars came
into existence without God, atheists make up a story about gas in space being
pulled together by gravity. Is their any
proof? NO! In fact, if you try to compress a gas it will resist that
compression – that is what makes a balloon pop when punctured. And inside a gas
cloud that resistance, is far stronger than gravity.
In order to explain how the moon came
into existence without God, atheists make up a story about some huge planet or
star coming so close to the earth that it pulled off a piece of the earth,
which then became the moon. Is there any
evidence? NO! In fact, that is
physically impossible! And, you can prove it is impossible simply by putting
two small magnets together, and then [without attaching them to anything] try
to pull them apart using a third magnet.
In order to explain how language came
into existence without God, atheists make up a story about grunts slowly
evolving into words and language. Is
there any evidence? ABSOLUTELY NOT! Humans have always had language, and the
older languages are more complex than the modern languages.
In order to explain how men learned to
use fire atheists make up a story about ape-like men discovering a fire started
by lightning and instantly knowing how to transport it to their cave, keep it
going, and start new fires without matches [a feat few modern city dwellers
could accomplish]. Is there any
evidence? NO! Atheists just make up a story, and if it fails to convince
people they just make up another – all the time calling their made up stories
science just because they leave God out of the picture.
Conclusion
God is
the one who determines what is
I will conclude this essay by
reaffirming what I said at the beginning. We have the truth, let’s start acting
like it! The entire atheist worldview
consists of fairy tales and fables that are being passed off on the gullible as
“science”. And it is time for Christian academics to stop cowering before
aggressive atheists like puppy dogs with their tails between their legs.
